Provides that for property tax relief grants, for grant years 2010 and thereafter, the amount of the income eligibility limitation for a claimant shall be equal to the amount of the income eligibility limitation applicable to the claimant under the pharmaceutical assistance program under the Act, which shall in no case be less than the income eligibility limitation applicable to the claimant under the pharmaceutical assistance program that was in effect on January 1, 2009. Provides that for the pharmaceutical assistance program under the Act, on and after January 1, 2010, the amount of the income eligibility limitation applicable to a claimant shall in no case be less than the income eligibility limitation applicable to the claimant that was in effect on January 1, 2009.
