<reference>20 ILCS 1605/7.9 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>20 ILCS 1605/27.5 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Illinois Lottery Law. Requires the Department of Revenue to employ an independent firm to conduct a study every 2 years of the lottery throughout the State on the demographic data of individuals who play the lottery and to report that information to the Governor and General Assembly. Imposes conditions on any rulemaking authority under the Act. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
