Requires school boards, prior to the 2010-2011 school year, to develop policies and adopt rules relating to the prevention of infections transmitted by contact with blood or bodily fluids. Sets forth what the policies and rules must include. Provides that no school shall be required to pay the cost of any testing recommended under these policies and rules. Requires the State Board of Education, in consultation with the Department of Public Health, to develop and disseminate to school boards a model exposure policy and training program, which shall be made available at no cost to schools by video, electronic, or other means.
