    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2099, on page 1,

line 5, by replacing "Section 14.5" with "Sections 14.5 and

14.10"; and

on page 1, immediately below line 16, by inserting the

following:

    "(20 ILCS 1605/14.10  new)

    Sec. 14.10. Certain internet games prohibited. The 
9
Department may not offer any game over the internet or by other 
10
electronic means that  has the outcome decided in a period of 
11
time less than 6 hours.".
