AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5788

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5788 on page 1, line 
3
15, after the period, by inserting the following:
4
"This Section shall be repealed 3 years after the effective 
5
date of this amendatory Act of the 95th General Assembly."; and


 
6
on page 2, immediately below line 20, by inserting the 
7
following:
8
    "(c) This Section shall be repealed 3 years after the 
9
effective date of this amendatory Act of the 95th General 
10
Assembly."; and
 
11
on page 3, by replacing lines 9 through 11 with the following:
12
"amount equal to $3,000 $2,700 annually, including the 
13
foreclosure prevention surcharge provided for in subsection 
14
(c) of this Section; however, 3 years after this effective date 
15
of this amendatory Act of the 95th General Assembly, the total 
16
shall be in an amount equal to $2,700 annually. The however,

the Commissioner"; and

on page 5, line 20, by replacing "$1,000" with "$300"; and

on page 5, line 21, after the period, by inserting the

"This subsection (c), other than this sentence, shall be

inoperative 3 years after the effective date of this amendatory 
7
Act of the 95th General Assembly.".
