| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5771, on page 3, by |

| replacing lines 19 through 21 with the following:

| "(h) Expenditures actually paid for repayment of debts that |

| represent reasonable and necessary expenses for the production |
| 6 |
| of income, not including expenditures for capital assets |
| 7 |
| medical expenditures necessary"; and
|

| on page 4, by replacing lines 10 through 12 with the following: |

| "No deduction for depreciation".
