| "Section 27. Educational materials. The Agency shall |

| businesses and consumers to inform consumers about programs for |

| the collection of mercury thermostats. The materials in this |
| 8 |
| educational template may include, without limitation, labels, |
| 9 |
| inserts, brochures, or signs."; and

| on page 8, by deleting lines 1 through 6.
