| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4837, on page 1, by |

| replacing lines 21 through 23 with the following:

| "(d) A taxi driver must meet all of the following minimum |

| requirements, as well as any additional requirements imposed by |
| 6 |
| a unit of local government:"; and
|
| 7 |
| on page 2, line 2, by deleting "Illinois"; and
|
| 8 |
| on page 2, line 3, after "license", by inserting "issued by any |
| 9 |
| state in the United States".
