AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4402

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4402 on page 2, line

5, by inserting "day care home, group day care home," after

"facility,"; and

on page 2, line 18, by inserting after the period the 
6
following:

"Nothing in this
subsection (b-5) prohibits a child sex 
8
offender from residing within 500 feet
of a day care home or 
9
group day care home if the property is owned by the
child sex 
10
offender and was purchased before the effective date of this

11
amendatory Act of the 95th General Assembly."; and
 
12
on page 3, line 7, by replacing ", or" with "; , or"; and
 
13
on page 3, line 9, by inserting after "age" the following:
14
"; (vi) day care home; or (vii)  group day care home"; and
