| with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. |

| 1, on page 4, by replacing lines 16 through 18 with the |

| following:

| "rules of the Board. From May 26, 2006 until (i) June 30, 2011, |

| (ii) the date any organization licensee begins to operate a |

| slot machine or video game of chance under the Illinois Horse |
| 9 |
| Racing Act of 1975 or this Act, or (iii) the wagering tax |

| imposed under Section 13 of this Act is increased by law to |

| reflect a tax rate that is higher than the tax rate contained |

| in subsection (a-3) of Section 13,"; and
