| AN ACT concerning employment.
|
| 2 |
| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 |
| Section 5. The Minimum Wage Law is amended by changing |
| 5 |
| Section 9 as follows:
|
| 6 |

| Sec. 9. Every employer subject to any provision of this Act |
| 8 |
| or of any
regulations issued under this Act shall keep a |
| 9 |
| summary of this Act approved
by the
the Director, and copies of |

| any applicable regulations issued under this
Act or a summary |
| 11 |
| of such regulations, posted in a conspicuous and
accessible |
| 12 |
| place in or about the premises wherever any person subject to
|
| 13 |
| this Act is employed. Employers shall be furnished copies of |
| 14 |
| such summaries
and regulations by the State on request without |
| 15 |
| charge. |
