AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2035

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2035, AS AMENDED,

with reference to page and line numbers of Senate  Amendment No.

8, on page 219, line 20, by replacing "issuance" with 
5
"operation"; and

on page 219, line 21, by replacing "Section (h-5)" with 
7
"subsection (h-5)"

on page 219, immediately below line 25, by inserting the 
9
following:

    "(b-4) From the total amount of moneys deposited in the 
11
State Gaming Fund from lease agreements regarding any 
12
additional gaming positions under subsection (h-5) of Section 7 
13
(1) an amount equal to 30% shall be transferred to the 
14
Education Assistance Fund and (2) for a period of 5 years after 
15
the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 95th General 
16
Assembly, an amount equal to 70% shall be transferred into the

Capital Program Acceleration Fund, and, after that 5-year
