| "The Illinois Commerce Commission may also use moneys in |

| the Wireless Service Emergency Fund for the purpose of |
| 8 |
| conducting a study to determine the future technological and |
| 9 |
| financial needs of the wireless 9-1-1 systems. A study shall |
| 10 |
| include input from the telecommunications industry, the |
| 11 |
| Illinois National Emergency Number Association, and the public |
| 12 |
| safety community.".
