<SynopsisText>     Creates a Task Force on Electro-Muscular Disruption Technology to study and evaluate all available Use of Force Models and paradigms for the purpose of presenting to the Illinois Law Enforcement Training Standards Board a recommendation for a standardized Use of Force Model or paradigm for the use of Electro-Muscular Disruption technology in training all police and correctional officers in the State of Illinois. Provides that the Task Force shall submit its findings to the General Assembly for its consideration, no later than June 30, 2007.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>Senate Committee Amendment No. 1</synopsistitle>
<SynopsisText>Changes the date by which the Illinois Law Enforcement Training Standards Board must submit its recommendations to the General Assembly from June 30, 2007 to December 31, 2008.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
