<SynopsisText>     Encourages the General Assembly to promptly review and evaluate the Report on Waiver of School Code Mandates filed by the State Board of Education to determine if the Report should be disapproved in whole or in part.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>Senate Floor Amendment No. 2</synopsistitle>
<SynopsisText>Replaces the provisions of the resolved clause of the resolution as introduced with (i) provisions disapproving certain school district requests for waivers relating to physical education, (ii) provisions approving for one year and disapproving for the remaining 4 years certain school district requests for waivers relating to driver education - behind-the-wheel instruction, general State aid and average daily attendance calculations, and substitute teachers, and (iii) provisions approving for up to $250 (or $350 in one case) and disapproving for the remaining amount certain school district requests for waivers relating to driver education - fee limits.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
