<SynopsisText>     Creates the Joint Task Force on Blind and Visually Impaired Educational Options to undertake a comprehensive and thorough review of the education of and services available to the blind and visually impaired children in this State.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>Senate Floor Amendment No. 1</synopsistitle>
<SynopsisText>Makes changes to the whereas clauses. Adds additional members to the task force. Changes the task force's duties. Requires the task force to report to the General Assembly on or before December 31, 2008 (instead of January 1, 2008).</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>Senate Floor Amendment No. 2</synopsistitle>
<SynopsisText>Adds additional members to the task force, as well as co-chairpersons. Provides that the State Board of Education and the Department of Human Services shall together administer and prepare all reports deemed necessary in conjunction with the Task Force's activities.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
