Provides that: a third party client that is more than 30 days delinquent in payment to a day and temporary labor service agency may not purchase or acquire services directly or indirectly from any day and temporary labor service agency until the delinquency is cured; the Department of Labor shall accept reports alleging that a third party client is more than 30 days delinquent in payments to a day and temporary labor service agency; the Department shall include the third party client on a Do Not Service List on the Department's website if the Department determines that such a delinquency has occurred; and the Department shall establish procedures for removal of a third party client from the Do Not Service List when the delinquency is cured. 2/15/2008SenateFiled with Secretary by Sen.
