<SynopsisText>Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Reinserts the contents of the bill as engrossed with the following changes. Deletes the provision requiring that when a workers' compensation policy that covers leased employees is issued to the lessee as the named insured: (1) the lessor shall be identified by the attachment of an appropriate endorsement to indicate that the policy provides coverage for the lessor as an additional insured solely for the leased employees at that client; and (2) notice of cancellation of the policy shall be provided by the carrier to both the lessee (as named insured) and to the lessor (as an additional insured). Provides that there is no rulemaking authority under the amendatory Act, but that the Governor may suggest rules by filing them with the General Assembly and requesting that the General Assembly authorize such rulemaking by law, enact the suggested rules into law, or take other appropriate action in the General Assembly's discretion. Makes other changes.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
