<reference>20 ILCS 1605/21.4 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Illinois Lottery Law. Provides that a special purpose lottery game may be offered for sale for no more than 9 consecutive months and there may not be more than 2 special purpose lottery scratchoff games offered for sale at any one time. Provides for a waiting list for subsequently authorized and expired games. Provides that "special purpose lottery game" means any game for which any portion of the proceeds are used for a purpose other than the support of the State's Common School Fund. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
