<reference>415 ILCS 5/13.7 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Environmental Protection Act. Requires the Environmental Protection Agency to develop a statewide stormwater management plan and establish minimum standards for activities related to stormwater management if those activities concern the construction, enlargement, relocation, or reconstruction of any street, highway, road, or bridge. Requires the Agency to publish the plan and the standards within 2 years. Requires the Agency to establish any department or staffing as necessary within the Agency to ensure the implementation and maintenance of the plan and guidelines.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>Senate Committee Amendment No. 1</synopsistitle>
