<reference>735 ILCS 30/Art. 25, Pt. 5 heading</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>735 ILCS 30/25-5-5 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Eminent Domain Act. Provides that quick-take proceedings may be used for a period of 3 years after June 30, 2008 by the Village of Hazel Crest within the area designated as a tax increment financing district when the purpose of the condemnation proceeding is to acquire land for any of the purposes contained in the Hazel Crest 167th Street Tax Increment Financing Plan or authorized by the Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
