Requires a school board to allow a parent to observe the classroom instruction that his or her child is receiving as long as the parent does not pose a threat to the safety of any person in the school and the parent's presence is not disruptive to classroom learning. Provides that the policy shall provide that the parent may observe as long as the parent does not pose a threat to the safety of any person in the school and the parent's presence is not disruptive to classroom learning. Provides that the school board shall make the final decision regarding whether or not a parent is allowed to observe.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
