<SynopsisText>Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Sanitary District Act of 1917. Provides that the original appointing authorities for the Fox River Water Reclamation District shall appoint 5 successor trustees to the board, no more than 3 of whom may be from the same political party (now, appointments are made without regard to political party). Provides that the terms of the board members currently serving shall expire when the successor trustees are appointed and qualified. Sets forth the terms of the successor trustees.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>Senate Floor Amendment No. 3</synopsistitle>
