<reference>20 ILCS 862/45</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Recreational Trails of Illinois Act. Provides that any person who does not comply with a Section of the Act pertaining to off-highway vehicle stickers may be fined not more than $250 for a first offense and not more than $500 for a subsequent offense. Provides that the moneys collected shall be deposited into the Off-Highway Vehicle Trails Fund.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
