Requires the Department of Healthcare and Family Services to establish a weight loss and management pilot program in partnership with a private entity that specializes in weight loss and weight control. Provides that to be eligible to participate in the program, an individual must: (1) be enrolled in the Covering ALL KIDS health insurance program or the Medicaid program; (2) be characterized as morbidly obese using a body mass index as recognized by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention; (3) demonstrate a commitment to weight loss; and (4) demonstrate a commitment to participating in a program designed for weight loss and weight management.
