Provides that, within 30 days of a receipt of a written request by the Director of the State Police, the Secretary of Transportation shall name an interstate, State highway, or segment of an interstate or State highway in honor and memory of one or more Illinois State Troopers killed in the line of duty. Sets out the requirements for the written request.
