Provides that applications for licensure as a legal entity submitted by currently licensed sole proprietors or legal entities shall, upon meeting certain requirements, not be considered applications for initial licensure that are subject to the examination requirement and that, upon issuance of the new license, the former license is terminated. Makes changes in a Section concerning grounds for disciplinary action, including allowing the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation to impose fines not to exceed $10,000 (instead of $1,000) for each violation of the Act.
