<SynopsisText>Provides that the annual report of each police agency shall include the number of persons killed by its police officers in the preceding calendar year, in the aggregate, and disaggregating by the race or ethnicity of the officer involved, the race or ethnicity of the victim, the gender of the victim, the age of the victim, and the method by which the victim was killed.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
