<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>625 ILCS 5/11-501.2</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 11-501.2</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that a hospital or other medical facility that has been requested by a law enforcement officer or agency to conduct a chemical test or tests on the blood, breath, urine, or other bodily substance of a person for the purpose of determining the alcohol content thereof or the presence of any other drug or combination of drugs, or both, is immune from criminal and civil liability for the conduct of such tests and the disclosure of such test results to the law enforcement agency or law enforcement officer that requested such tests, except in cases of willful or wanton misconduct.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
