Provides that for a teacher who is first employed as a full-time teacher by a school district (other than the Chicago school district), the probationary period shall be 4 school terms, whether consecutive or not (instead of 4 consecutive school terms), before the teacher enters upon contractual continued service. Makes a related change with respect to teachers employed in a program of a special education joint agreement.
