<reference>105 ILCS 5/24-11</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 122, par. 24-11</aliasreference><reference>30 ILCS 805/8.32 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the School Code. Provides that for a teacher who is first employed as a full-time teacher by a school district (other than the Chicago school district), the probationary period shall be 4 school terms, whether consecutive or not (instead of 4 consecutive school terms), before the teacher enters upon contractual continued service. Makes a related change with respect to teachers employed in a program of a special education joint agreement. Amends the State Mandates Act to require implementation without reimbursement.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
