<reference>105 ILCS 5/1-3.5 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the School Code. Provides that whenever the term "registered mail" is used in the School Code, it shall be deemed to authorize the use of either registered mail or certified mail, return receipt requested. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
