<reference>720 ILCS 5/11-9.4</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Provides that it is a Class 4 felony for a child sex offender to knowingly deliver or distribute newspapers or shopping news to a home or residence. Provides that the provision shall not be construed to prohibit a child sex offender from being employed by a newspaper or shopping news service if that employment does not include home delivery of such newspaper or shopping news.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>House Amendment No. 1</synopsistitle>
<SynopsisText>Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Provides that it is a Class 4 felony for a child sex offender to knowingly deliver any goods or items to a home or residence as a home delivery agent. Provides that nothing in this provision shall be construed to prohibit a child sex offender from being employed by a home delivery agency if that employment does not include home delivery of such goods or services.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
