Provides that the provisions concerning Qualified Illinois Domestic Relations Orders (QILDROs) are repealed 2 years after the effective date. Creates the Qualified Illinois Domestic Relations Orders Task Force to study and make recommendations on proposed changes to the QILDRO system contained in the Code to increase the equitable treatment of all persons affected by the system. Requires the Task Force to submit their findings and recommendations to the General Assembly and the Governor within 18 months after the effective date.
