Provides that upon release of a person from a juvenile detention facility, a facility of the Department of Juvenile Justice, or a hospital or other treatment facility, the court shall make a determination as to whether a person who is defined as a sex offender as a result of being adjudicated a juvenile delinquent as the result of committing or attempting to commit an act which, if committed by an adult, would constitute a sex offense shall register as a sex offender.
