<reference>320 ILCS 25/4</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 404</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Senior Citizens and Disabled Persons Property Tax Relief and Pharmaceutical Assistance Act. In provisions concerning income eligibility for the pharmaceutical assistance program ("Illinois Cares Rx"), provides that "household income" does not include any amounts paid by a household member, or paid by a third party on behalf of a household member, during the preceding year for medical expenses of a household member. Requires the Department of Healthcare and Family Services to adopt rules to implement this provision. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
