Provides that the statewide emergency alert system for missing and abducted children shall also be used to assist in the recovery of elderly persons who suffer from Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or similar conditions. Amends the Department of Transportation Law to make corresponding changes.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
