<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>720 ILCS 646/91 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Methamphetamine Control and Community Protection Act. Provides that a person who tampers with farm equipment without the consent of the owner of that equipment for the purpose of facilitating the manufacture or delivery of methamphetamine in violation of the Act and who is convicted of criminal damage to property in relation to the farm equipment or theft or trespass or burglary to the farm equipment shall be required to make restitution to the owner of the farm equipment in an amount equal to twice the value of the farm equipment. Provides that the convicted person shall make this restitution in addition to any other fine or penalty required by law.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
