<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>625 ILCS 5/3-616.5 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that the Secretary of State shall, at no additional charge, issue special license plates or decals that identify the owner of the vehicle as a person with diabetes. Establishes requirements that must be met for issuance of the plates. Provides that, if a person is issued special license plates for a person with diabetes, he or she shall not be issued special decals. Provides that the special plates or decals issued under this provision do not entitle the person to special parking privileges.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
