<reference>20 ILCS 805/805-410</reference><aliasreference>was 20 ILCS 805/63a32</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Department of Natural Resources (Conservation) Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois to provide that a local bank account established for the World Shooting and Recreational Complex that is used to hold income received before and during a competitive shooting event, to pay out cash prizes for the same event for which the income was received, or to purchase prizes for that event is exempt from a requirement that the balance of the account be forwarded to the Department for deposit with the State Treasurer on Monday of each week if the amount exceeds $500. Requires such an account to be in the name of the Department and subject to regular audits. Limits the balance of the account to a maximum of $250,000. Provides that the State Comptroller may provide for periodic transfers, with the approval of the State Treasurer, for use in accordance with the imprest system, subject to the rules and regulations of the Comptroller as respects vouchers, controls, and reports to the Department of Natural Resources to pay out cash prizes and to purchase awards in association with competitions held at the World Shooting and Recreational Complex, not to exceed $250,000. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
