Provides that when a defendant is convicted of battery or aggravated battery, the defendant shall undergo medical testing to determine whether the defendant has any sexually transmissible disease, including a test for infection with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) or any other identified causative agent of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). Provides that the court may order disclosure to a State's Attorney of the results of the test if the State's Attorney shows that it is relevant in order to prosecute any offense in which the exchange of bodily fluids occurs.
