In provisions concerning the Medicaid "buy-in" program for workers with disabilities, provides that in determining the income and assets available to the person with a disability and to that person's spouse, the Department of Healthcare and Family Services shall ensure that the income and asset allowances for the spouse shall be established and maintained at the maximum level permitted under the Social Security Act provisions concerning income and asset allowances for community spouses.
