<SynopsisText>HB 1467 (H-AM 1) would have a significant negative impact on Agency resources dedicated to the existing open dump cleanup program. While a precise estimate of the cost is difficult to make, this bill would require extraordinary funding to be effective throughout the State. $20 million would be a minimal appropriation to provide a program that could address a few structures in each community statewide. </SynopsisText></synopsis>
