Amends the Ambulatory Surgical Treatment Center Act, the Hospital Licensing Act, the Pharmacy Practice Act of 1987, the Sexual Assault Survivors Emergency Treatment Act, and the Illinois Controlled Substances Act to reflect this prescriptive authority.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
