Deletes a requirement that the Department exempt the income of the person's spouse and the unearned income of the person's dependent child under age 18, and adds a requirement that the Department exempt medical savings accounts. Provides that the allowance of non-exempt assets up to $25,000 applies to those assets accumulated during periods of Medicaid eligibility under these provisions relating to employed persons with disabilities.
