<reference>New Act</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Creates the Carbon Monoxide Food Label Act. Provides that any food treated with carbon monoxide must be clearly marked with a label placed in a conspicuous place that indicates that the food has been treated with carbon monoxide. Provides for enforcement by the Department of Public Health. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
