Requires the State Board of Education to establish a 3-year pilot program to make women's self-preservation classes part of the high school curriculum. Provides that the program must be established in school districts located in Cook, Will, and Champaign Counties. Provides that after the pilot program has been in effect for 3 years, the State Board of Education shall report its findings and recommendations to the General Assembly on whether the program should be expanded to other school districts in the State.
