| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3087 on page 1, by |

| replacing line 12 with the following: |

| "and must offer treatment to that patient. The hospital shall |

| report all cases of MRSA to the Department of Public Health in |
| 6 |
| the form and manner prescribed by the Department in rules."; |

| and

| on page 1, by replacing line 21 with the following: |

| "offer treatment to that patient. Every hospital shall report |
| 10 |
| all cases of MRSA to the Department in the form and manner |
| 11 |
| prescribed by the Department in rules.".
