| AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2515

| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2515 on page 4, by |

| inserting immediately below line 9, the following: |

| "(i) Nothing in this Section shall prevent a police officer |
| 5 |
| from taking lawful law enforcement action, upon providing fair |
| 6 |
| notice to disperse from property or land opened to the public |
| 7 |
| against any person, where the officer has a reasonable |
| 8 |
| suspicion, that the person may be violating, attempting to |
| 9 |
| violate, or conspiring to violate, any provision of this Code |
| 10 |
| apart from this Section.".
