| AN ACT concerning procurement.
|

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|

| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Illinois Procurement Code is amended by |
| 5 |
| adding Section 20-155 as follows:
|
| 6 |
| (30 ILCS 500/20-155 new) |
| 7 |
| Sec. 20-155. Public documents. Notwithstanding any |
| 8 |
| provision of this Code or another law to the contrary, all |
| 9 |
| pre-award, post-award, administration, and close-out documents |
| 10 |
| relating to a contract shall be public following the award of |
| 11 |
| that contract.

| 12 |
| Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 13 |
| becoming law.
