| AN ACT concerning State government.
|

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|

| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Department of Revenue Law of the
Civil |

| Administrative Code of Illinois is amended by adding Section |
| 6 |
| 2505-745 as follows:
|

| (20 ILCS 2505/2505-745 new) |

| Sec. 2505-745. Annual report. |
| 9 |
| (a) The Department must prepare an annual report listing |
| 10 |
| all revenue and fee collections of the Department for the prior |
| 11 |
| fiscal year. The report must be sufficiently itemized to |
| 12 |
| identify the type and source of each collection. The |
| 13 |
| requirement to report all revenue and fee collections applies |
| 14 |
| to all taxes and fees administered by the Department. |
| 15 |
| (b) No later than January 1 of each year, the Department |
| 16 |
| must submit the annual report to the Governor and the General |
| 17 |
| Assembly and make an electronic copy of the report available on |
| 18 |
| its Internet website.

| Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 20 |
| becoming law.
